As the world-wide consensus of what a "fine dining" restaurant should be has evolved, so has Sargasso. Our culinary focus is New American cuisine influenced by cultures here at home and abroad. We concentrate on the very basic building blocks of cooking, the ingredients themselves. While we work with local farmers and source local ingredients whenever possible, the culinary mission of Sargasso will always be to offer items from afar that are not found anywhere else.
